Our Story
At Reality Healthcare LLC, we started with a simple idea: to provide reliable and compassionate home health care services to those in need. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted provider of quality care, serving the needs of our clients with dedication and professionalism.
Our Mission
Our objective is to provide excellent community living services to individuals in need of support. We will work diligently to assist our clients with the support needed to be independent. Reality Healthcare LLC will extend care for all our clients based on their needs. Through our labor of care, we hope to improve the client's quality of life.
Our Services
- Homemaking: Assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping and other household tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
- Personal Care: Assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and other tasks that assist with personal hygiene and health.
- Respite Care: Temporary relief for primary caregivers by allowing caregivers to rest and recharge.
- Authorized Nursing Visits: Regular nursing visits are conducted to assess health status, monitor care plans, and ensure personal care services align with the participant's needs.
- First Aid/CPR Training: Tekisha is a certified Adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR instructor. Can certify 1 person or a group.
- Notary Serivices: Tekisha is a bonded notary for all your notary services.
We proudly provide services to adults and children with developmental and physical disabilities.
Our CEO
Tekisha Harris has been married to her husband Keith for 20 years and they have 3 beautiful children (Chris, Shauntel, and Dezarray). They also have two grandchildren Khylee, and Winter whom she loves very much. Tekisha has always loved helping others and has been in this field over 25 years. She is dedicated and committed to delivering excellent service to anyone that receives services from RHC and she believes in treating everyone with dignity and respect at all times. She wants Reality Healthcare LLC to be the Home Healthcare provider of choice.
